Description: Join us virtually for the opportunity to meet Louis Dionne, Energy Manager for Saint Mary’s and Mount Saint Vincent Universities. Louis investigates facility improvement opportunities leading to energy and GHG emissions reductions and supports Facility Management Projects.
During this session learn about how Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) offer a solution for replacing aging assets like rooftops, walls, and cladding. By incorporating BIPV, both energy efficiency and renewable generation can be achieved in an otherwise unused building area. Louis will discuss how through meticulous collaboration; they have achieved North America’s tallest BIPV system and discovered additional benefits along the way.
