General eligibility Available to institutional, charitable, commercial and industrial facilities in Nova Scotia.

Project eligibility Eligible projects should:

• Save at least 15,000 kWh of energy per year

• Be implemented in under a year

Facility eligibility Facility (or facilities) must:

• Have a functioning Building Automation System (BAS)

• Not have been recommissioned in the past three years

Measures eligibility Common measures include:

• Time-of-day scheduling to limit equipment runtime

• Overnight temperature setbacks

• Calibration of temperature sensors and controls

• Repair of mechanical equipment, such as dampers

• Lighting controls with occupancy and daylight sensors
